We want you to be delighted with your purchase, whether you're savoring our fresh-roasted organic Guatemalan coffee or sporting our coastal apparel. 1. General Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made at Patrona Coastal Café, whether in-store at our St. Petersburg, FL location or online at www.patronacoastalcafe.com. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds for our products, including coffee, merchandise, and gift cards. All returns and refunds are subject to applicable U.S. and Florida consumer protection laws.
2. In-Store Purchases
Food and Beverage
ItemsDue to health and safety regulations, food and beverage items (e.g., coffee, espresso, prepared meals) purchased in-store are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

Product Defect or Error: If the item is defective (e.g., spoiled or contaminated) or incorrect (e.g., wrong order), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at coastal@patronacoastalcafe.com or call our café at (727) 353-0636. We’ll promptly address the issue with a replacement or refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Merchandise and Gift Cards

Apparel and Accessories: Unworn, unused items in their original condition with tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided you present the original receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased in-store are non-refundable, per our policy, and can only be redeemed at Patrona Coastal Café in St. Petersburg, FL. They are not valid for online purchases.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@patronacoastalcafe.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a refund or replacement upon inspection.
3. Online Purchases
Coffee and Merchandise

Return Period: Items purchased online (e.g., fresh-roasted coffee, apparel) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened (for coffee), and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Process: To initiate a return, email coastal@patronacoastalcafe.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for return. Upon approval, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened coffee bags, used apparel, or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless defective.
Digital Products and Gift Cards

Gift Cards: Online-purchased gift cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed in-store at Patrona Coastal Café.
